Intermediate Designer 1 / Architectural Designer 2:
Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer 2: 3-8 years prior experience in planning, detailing, and documentation of tall buildings or similarly complex projects. Capable of leading teams to coordinate and deliver building packages using BIM (Revit).
Architectural Designer 1:
High-level design, visualization, and technical skills, fluent in Rhino/ Grasshopper and/or Revit, Adobe CS, Enscape, Lumion. Candidates with research and/or practice exposure in emerging building technologies will be given strong consideration.
